2026 Virtual Annual Meeting

The Hidden Trails HOA will hold its first 2026 Annual Meeting on January 15, 2026 via Zoom Webinar at 6:00PM. Members must Pre-Register using this link, by no later than January 15 at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Notice of Meeting packet can be downloaded or viewed here.

NEW HOA WEBSITE

Welcome to the HOA's new website. This website will be where all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the Association is posted.

Governing documents are available from the link above; the contacts page tells you how to get in touch with the Association, and if you wish to sign up for ACH withdrawals or submit an architectural request, the forms can be obtained at the links to the left.

Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. Association financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
